So far, our idea for the project is a proposal about a community recycling center on campus. Information is believed to be readily available with various people often droning on about "Going Green." If you have any more specific ideas, feel free to post them.
Green Group, i've got some ideas for you as far as the communication of the project. Specifically for the campus aspect. We need to take a three prong approach to receive campus support. I suggest we seek student body, SGA, and faculty support on this project. I am going to take care of the business memo's for this. I will need some help from you though. Please send out a support email to those groups. We really need to get the support from all phases of campus life. In the email, please explain our project, and the benefit to the university. Thanks! ReplyDeleteJason and I were on campus all afternoon surveying students and faculty. We managed to find 250 people and asked them if they knew where any recycling areas are on campus.
ReplyDeleteOf the 250 people, 38 people responded with yes, they do. 162 people said they did not know where recycling areas are and 50 people chose not to respond.
This information is pretty socking for a group that is trying to get the campus to go "green".
